Your Wellbeing Webinar

Facilitator: Alyson Jenkins

As coaches, we need to be as present as possible for our clients, and this involves being well. Let’s tune in to ourselves and practice self-care in order to be the best coach we can be, and to feel good, calm, alive, whole.  With busy lives, and ADHD in the mix, this can be difficult.

This webinar gives you an opportunity to think about yourself, and what elements of Wellbeing are important for you.  We will look at the basics and then focus on key issues relating to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.  Fundamental elements include – the mind body connection, understanding and nurturing our nervous system, how we cope with stress, regular practices, and self-compassion. All this can then translate into your coaching practice. There is information along with tips, techniques and practices that you can pass on to clients to enhance their wellbeing. Win- win. We will discuss and share experiences and knowledge, as we explore how to achieve wellbeing in our daily lives as ADHD coaches.
